About the Workshop |
In the workshop, Noa will teach various materials from her works, through the means of searching for different forms of expression, changing qualities and personal expression. In addition to the structured materials, Noa will use improvisation and performance presentation.

About the Artist |
Noa Shiloh was born in 1984. She graduated from the dance department in Misgav, the Haifa workshop in a two-year dance track and holds a B.Dance from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. Since 2017 she has been managing the Carmela Group in Haifa. Since 2007 she has been working with artists such as Noa Dar, Idan Cohen, Irad Mazliah, Sahar Azimi, Efrat Rubin, Shani Tamari, Michael Miller, Uri Ivgy, Michal Mualem and Jean Alberto de Phillips. Noa creates and directs workshops in academies and festivals in Europe, the US and India, supported by the Schusterman Foundation for two years in a row. From 2014, Noa created the works: "Passing Through" (premiere in Suzanne Dellal) "Sunny Side Down" (premiere at Mazia House- New Dance Festival) "Quiet Bites" (National Academy of Santa Cecilia, Italy),"The other side of morning" a work commissioned for UCO University's Department of Dance in the US. In December, Noa produced her own solo piece " Bone " as part of the "Contemporary Dance in Archeology " at the Israel Museum.
Noa received the prize for the category of best dance performer for 2015, given by the Artists Union of Israel. In 2017, Noa Won first prize, Named after Gertrud Kraus, for her solo work "Homecoming" on behalf of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
