About the Artist |

Born in 1984.

She holds a master's degree from the Rubin Academy of Dance and graduated from the School of Visual Theater in Jerusalem.

She danced in the works of Barak Marshall, Osnat Kellner, Ariel Cohen, Odelia Kuperberg, Efrat Rubin, director Ruth Kanner and others.

Shani has performed independent works as part of the "Machol Shalem" Festival and the "Labratory" Theater in Jerusalem, at the "Tsolelan" Festival and in other frameworks. Her creation, "two girls burst into tears", won her the 2008 "Mayor of Jerusalem" award.

In the past year, she has choreographed and performed the solo "Wannabe" at the "Gvanim" festival, with the support of the Director of Culture and 'Mifal Hapayis'. She also participates in the new production of "It's Now It's Never" choreographed by Dafi Altabeb.
